I have a crack in my garage wall (poured foundation) that is about 7’ long. It hasn’t moved or widened in the ten years I’ve been in the house, but we have gotten a little moisture seeping into the garage occasionally from it and it is unsightly. I’m hoping for a quote for epoxy injection to fill/waterproof it. I can send a picture too. We are selling the house so a quick quote and repair is desired. Thank you!

leak trouble in basement, looks like coming from from where slab meets footer/foundation, would like you to take a look

We have water entering our crawlspace during heavy rains. There is about a three foot section of the crawlspace footer that was not poured where it meets the full concrete basement wall. There was previously a tree root growing under in that location that has since been removed but water always persists. For peace of mind when it rains I want to get this fixed.

Have a couple of cracks in unfinished basement wall that need to be sealed. Also a crack from a prior foundation repair that is not leaking (has exterior water barrier that was installed at the time the piers went in). Not leaking but unsightly and I would like to have it filled. Location: 4149 Sherel Ln 45209

Flooding issues caused by MSD have resulted in ongoing water being pushed into my crawl space. It has been identified as having mold. Floors will have to be removed/replaced both because they are cupped and for mold remediation. I need to have the water problem resolved before any other work can be started and MSD isn't in any hurry to do it.

I have had leaking above the poured foundation where the cinder block meets. We had mold which we cleaned up. Would like estimate to seal interior wall.

We have water in one corner of our finished basement but only when there is extreme heavy rain. We have lied here for 7 years and have had water on 2 occasions.
