Why did the customer contact us?
I believe there are drainage issues on the back side of the building which have started to cause issues with the basement wall. There is some slight bowing and I would like to get an estimate for remediation.
Solutions Provided:
We installed carbon fiber wall supports from the top of the wall to the bottom. We also installed a bracket attached to the sill plate so the wall will not move up top. Also we installed rebar in the bottom 3 blocks filled with concrete to stop movement on th3 bottom of the wall.
