Why did the customer contact us?
We just bought a house and the front wall is bowing inward. We also have the floor upstairs is sloped towards the steps.
Solutions Provided:
Healthy Basement Concepts installed 4 I-beams on the front foundation wall to stop further inward movement of the foundation wall. We also installed a Galvanized post on the header of the basement steps to stop downward movement. The post is on a concrete footer that we poured under the basement floor.
