We are having some significant foundation issues that need to be addressed. The basement is cinder block and appears to be bowing at this point. There is water leaking in also.
Solutions Provided:
Healthy Basement Concepts installed a basement waterproofing system under the basement floor and installed our Grate drain system to a level 1 Grate sump system. We also installed our thermal shield system and 7 adjustable steel I-beams to stop inward movement of the back and to correct it over time.
