We are getting water in our finished basement and have no idea we’re it is coming from

Healthy Basement Concepts installed a level 2 sump pump system which has 2 sump pumps and a battery back up. Also we installed a full level 3 Grate Drain system next to the footer so we can gather the water at the lowest point and pitch the pipe to the Grate Sump. We installed access ports in the corners of the basement so we can maintain the system over time.
