I have high humidity in my home and my crawl space is wet and damp.
Solutions Provided:
We fully encapsulated the crawl space to stop the moisture from getting up into the house. Thermal shield on the walls, dimple board on the ground then the white 20 mil liner on top. All seams chalked and taped and the top edge sealed so no moisture can get into the crawl space.we installed a dehumidifier then a sealed insulated Aluminum door. The last thing we did was spray foam the rim joist and did a mold treatment on the floor joist
