we have water in our crawl space. The house floors are sloped to the middle and we have termite damage on the floor joist.
Solutions Provided:
HBC first waterproofed the crawl space with a drain system that leads to a new sump pump pit system. Next we poured concrete footers for 6 adjustable post and lifted to a safe point the main beam. Lastly we replaced 15 floor joist and sill plate that the termite got to.
