We want to convert our house to a mission home for our church and need to keep the basement dry.
Solutions Provided:
Fully waterproofed entire basement with a Grate drain system under the basement floor and ran to 2 sump pit systems with 2 sump pumps per pit system and a 2 battery back up systems with each sump pit system. We installed thermal shield over entire foundation walls and steel I-beams on a wall that was bowing inward. We also ran all the downspouts underground away from the house
