The home owner noticed cracks on there 2nd floor and outside where the crawl space and basement meet up. They had work done in the past and it’s still a problem
Solutions Provided:
The only solution that will work for settling homes are to install piers under the foundation footer. This will stop further downward movement and rotation of the footer. We installed 3 piers on the front wall of the crawl space and one on the side. We drove the pier to solid ground 12’ deep below the footer then lifted the foundation. The crawl space now has a lifetime warranty.
