My brick is cracked on the left side of my garage and I was told that the foundation is settling.
Solutions Provided:
We excavated the foundation down to the footer and installed 5 piers on the foundation footer to stop further movement of the foundation. We then lifted the foundation back in place as much as we could. Back filled the soil then put seed and straw down.
