Healthy Basement Concepts installed a Level 1 Grate Sump system, a level 3 Grate drain System and level 4 Thermal Shield wall system over entire foundation walls. The vapor barrier over the walls provides full protection for finished basements

Healthy Basement Concepts Installed a full encapsulation in the crawl space with dimple board on the ground and 20 mil liner on top of that and up the walls. We also installed 2" thick insulation on the walls, 1" insulation between the dimple board and 20 mil liner then spray foamed the rim joist.

We installed a drain system next to the footer and pitched the pipe to a sump pump system. This will keep water from flooding the crawl space.
