Jason and his crew were wonderful. Up until this work was done, everytime it rained, I would be down in my basement vacuuming up 2-3 inches of water that would come in from the ground and foundation. Since the work has been done, I've not had any problems. They waterproofed everything, installed a sump pump and put covering over the open crawl space areas. Concrete was replaced and they even wrangled my cat back inside when he managed to escape. They kept the dust at a minimum inside the house and cleaned up everything they could.

Installed carbon fiber over entire crack to reinforce foundation then installed thermal shield over entire crack repair and ran down into the basement floor. We removed and replaced the concrete after we ran the repair down into the gravel bed under floor.

I woiuld like an estimate on digging an 8-10 " deep Trench about 42' in total(30' from one downspout and 12' from the other) from 2 downspouts in the front of my house and putting a 4" drain pipe in the yard so that the water drains from the 2 downspouts away from the house. The trench will have to go under my front sidewalk. I can email you a picture if you give me your email.

Hello! We have been in our house about a year now. We live in a slight slope with a neighborhood behind us. Our basement was dry until we had all the rain and snow this past year. The previous owners said they did have it waterproofed but I'm not sure of the extent of it. We also now have water coming up through the floors on the new floor they just put in. We do have a sump pump but I don't think it keeps it very dry or can keep up. I do have some photos from the last heavy rain we had once I get something back. Thanks! Chris

We have a crawl space under our family room. I'd like a professional opinion on fixing the insulation falling from the walls, potentially adding insulation to the floor above, and checking the plastic floor barrier because of the radon mitigation system.

I have about 186 sq ft of crawl space that opens to the rest of the basement. It's a bit musty and may have some mold. I want to clean it up, encapsulate it, and set up a dehumidifier to keep it dry and mold-free.
