Hello, We would like someone to come look at our basement and give us an estimate for waterproofing within the next few days if possible. Our sump pump stopped working earlier today but has since been fixed; however, we had a professional come look and he stated that the places of moisture indicate there may be a crack in the foundation and that waterproofing may be needed.

I am under contract to sell my home and the buyer's inspector brought up water in the crawl space. I am looking at giving the buyers a credit to do the work and have done a lot of online research and feel the credit I am offering is fair. However, they need estimates from a company. Nothing super in-depth, just a rough estimate. Here is what I am looking at: 1. Dry out some standing water 2. 230 linear feet of perf drains 3. 2 sump pumps 4. About 1700 sqft of floor vapor barrier 5. About 30" high on walls of the 230 linear feet 6. Dehumidifier unit 7. Seal 6 air vents I know generally an appointment is needed, but I am just in need of a couple quick estimates. Is this something you can accommodate? If so, the estimates will be given to the buyers so that they know who to go to. The buyers are anxious to get moved in and of course my wife and I are anxious to get the home sold.

Just bought home in Lebanon, Ohio with vented, damp crawlspace that I want to encapsulate.

I would like to schedule a time for an estimate. I have a crawlspace that is in desperate need of repair- removing and replacing the current encapsulation, creating a better access, and installing a couple of vents. I work Sun-Mon-Tues every week. Otherwise I am available.

We have budging walls on 3 side of basement of my mother's home. She is in assisted living and we are trying to sell her home. Have an inspector's findings and a foundation wall bracing diagram.
