Hello. I'm looking to have some work done on my crawlspace. I have about a 1,400 sq. ft. crawlspace. The outer block wall and floor joists are insulated with roll-in insulation. The house is 50+ years old, and the insulation is starting to fall. I'm looking to have all the old insulation removed and new (non-roll-in) insulation installed. Can you please let me know if you have any packages to cover this, and what the rough cost might be? Thank you!

I am interested in having my crawl space inspected to be encapsulated for my home built in 1993. We are looking to move soon and want to make sure the crawl space is dry and clean. I went down below last night to inspect my hvac ducts as we had some insulation showing in the vents and there is a lot of humidity and moisture on the ducts. There is not any standing water anywhere but presence of musty smell with dampness present in one corner of the home and below the furnace with signs of past moisture that I thought had been eliminated with exterior drainage. There also doesn’t seem to be a vapor barrier just pea gravel. I am hoping you service the Wilmington/Clinton County area?
